RETURNS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED INTO OUR WAREHOUSE WITHOUT A VALID RMA NUMBER CLEARLY LABELED ON THE PRODUCT.
If you discover that you have ordered an incorrect product, notify your account representative within 10 days of receipt of shipment. A restocking fee may be necessary to cover the cost of returning the product to the manufacturer. In no case will this fee be more than 15%.
If you are having a problem with installation, the operation of the product you purchased, or any technical questions regarding your purchase, please contact our technical support staff to resolve the issue. You may be referred the manufacturer's technical support for further assistance. On-site technical support is available from our support staff. Please contact the IS Services Manager for additional information.
If you need to return any item to us, please contact our RMA Department at 916.851.7330 x 317 to obtain a RMA Request Form. This form must be completed and submitted to FTG for processing. Product returned for any reason other than DOA must be in new, unopened boxes. This means that the outer seal has not been opened or re-taped.
Dead On Arrival Returns (DOA) - DOA is defined as product that is inoperable upon first installation. DOA products are eligible for return for up to 30 days from the date of the invoice. FTG will make every reasonable effort to exchange or credit returned defective/DOA product. We will be happy to work with the product manufacturer on your behalf regarding their warranties and return procedures. Prompt testing of equipment after you have received it is important. Products that fail after being in use for any period of time are defined as defective and must be handled by the manufacturer's warranty program.
Software Returns - We will only accept unopened software for returns. Opened software will be exchanged for the exact same item and may not be returned for a refund.
Once FTG has obtained permission to send the product back to the manufacturer, we will contact you with an RMA number and procedures for returning the product. We will mail a preprinted, pre-paid shipping label to be placed on the product and included with your normal UPS pickup. In some cases, FTG personnel may pick up the product.
DO NOT WRITE ON THE MANUFACTURER'S BOX. Please double box returns that were not shipped in the manufacturer’s original packaging.
Be sure that your return is complete with all accessories and original packaging. CHARGES WILL BE INCURRED FOR MISSING ITEMS AND PACKAGING. The manufacturer will charge us a fee for missing items and we will pass this charge through to you.

Please remember these items in order for FTG to process your return in a timely manner
Use the original manufacturer's boxes and packaging when returning DOA product.
Do not write on any boxes.
All returns must be complete, including accessories, cables, manuals, and software.
RA numbers must be clearly printed on the return-shipping label
RA numbers are only valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
Products such as laptops must be in the original box and then re-packaged in a plain shipping carton prior to shipping to insure proper security and handling.
